Late Bloomer

Walnut body with three main drawers.  The top drawer also has an additional secret drawer. The drawer faces of this piece incorporate a weaving technique comprised of maple, walnut, and sapele separated by thin strips of ash.  Notice how the handles match the pattern of the drawer faces.  Viewed from above or behind, you can appreciate the rich, dark walnut grain patterns of the heartwood blending into the lighter sapwood. All external surfaces treated with multiple coats of permanent finish and wax.  Soft layer of hunter green flocking adds beauty to this piece of fuctional art and provides a soft layer of protection for your treasures.
