Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your B2W item(s). 

All sales made in person are final because you've had the opportunity to inspect the product(s) carefully and completely. Presumably, you have found the item(s) to your liking.

The policy for on-line purchases is different, in a good way.  If, for any reason (and you do not need to provide a reason), you are not satisfied, we will provide you with a 100% refund, and we'll cover the return postage back to us within 30 days of your purchase.  These are hand-made products, and we do our best.  What on our end may seem like a minor blemish, imperfection, result of wood being affected by changes in temperature/ humidity, or what we considered to be a character-enhancing feature may, in fact, on your end represent a disappointment that you cannot overcome or "un-see."  We get it. Say the word, and you will be refunded promptly and completely.

Lastly, we aren't able to provide refunds for damage that occurs on your end due to accidental droppage, scratches on resin surfaces, placement in a dishwasher, puppies teething, etc.
