Brick End Grain

100% end grain board with complex cherry "bricks" outlined by sapele "mortar."  Careful inspection of the bricks reveals the unique patterns created by a multi-step process involving repeated gluings. The result is a unique texture that will surely stimulate comments around this conversation centerpiece.

When not in use as a serving or cutting board, it is can be showcased on your counter or shelving unit as a stand-alone piece of woodworking art.  Beveled undersurface on all for sides for ease of lifting.  Rubber feet on all four back corners secured with stainless steel screws.

Pieces joined with food-safe, waterproof Titebond-3 wood glue.  Conditioned with food-safe mineral oil and finished with paste comprised food-safe mineral oil and beeswax.  All colors are natural and specific to the wood species selected. No artificial stains or dyes used.
